Message from Guild President
Our outing was to the Panmure Hotel, Monifieth for High Tea on 22nd May. 39 members and friends attended and a good night was had by all. A big thank you to Avril and Hazel for arranging the evening and also to all the drivers.
By the time you read this we will have had our Summer meeting in the Church Hall with meringues, strawberries and cream followed by a showing of the 2009 Guild Rally held in the Caird Hall.
The Afternoon Guild outing was a huge success. 18 ladies had a lovely drive through the back roads to Meigle and they had afternoon tea at the craft shop. We then went on to Strathmore Golf Club for our tea. The ladies enjoyed their meal and also the lovely countryside. We came home by yet a different route passing Ballumbie Golf Club arriving back around 7.15pm. A big thank you to all the ladies who took their cars and also our grateful thanks to Rhona for organising the trip.
The Guild wish the congregation a very happy Summer and lets hope we get the use of our barbecues.
